If you have assignment specific documents that you want to make accessible to your PMs and Vendors, you can now upload documents, in any format, when entering a new request. They can be visible internally only, or you can choose to share them with vendors. Once uploaded, PMs and Vendors can view and download the additional documents in their browser.
With the addition of the Journal in the Control Center of each assignment, where PMs spend most of their time, they now have access to every journal entry, automated or manual, made by vendors, clients, and other PMs. In addition, they can make new journal entries and share them with vendors and clients, from the same screen. This new feature reduces considerably the number of clicks and time spent going back and forth between Control Center and Journal.
