Set of modalities is assigned to each account in ScheduleInterpreter®. This configuration affects request process and enables management team and all requesters under the account to select from OSI (on-site interpreting), VIS (virtual interpreting services), OPI (over the phone interpreting) and VRI (video remote interpreting). This update brings standardized layout for both, members of the management team as well as user of the platform. Update is rolled out in nightly build and requires no changes in the workflow.
Error showing 404 missing page at the login page after timeout expires is now fixed. Login page will follow its own rules of session management and will not display expiration message. Another important aspect is the ability of a user to retain login screen for as long as required, without the need to enter the platform within defined period of time. The update has been rolled out.
This update addresses the issues related to the broadcasts scheduled for delivery at specific time. Under special condition, an event may have been updated and the paperwork for the event was added to the broadcast queue. However, the event was then rescheduled or cancelled. When specific broadcast, for example daily new assignment notification, is being processed, it is also processing other broadcasts queues. An event that has been rescheduled or cancelled will interfere with the scheduled broadcast, and in some conditions will not allow global broadcast to continue. This was "self curing" as events would expire and daily scheduled broadcasts would resume normal processing.
This update addresses the processing of the legacy assignments in the REVIEW CENTER that now utilize the VENDOR ROUTE option. VENDOR ROUTE is automatically maps logistics for a specific day and presets vendor and customer expenses related to travel. This is accomplished using ScheduleInterpreter® Maps. REVIEW CENTER now allows to alter legacy assignments' vendor and customer mileage separately.
Recruitment center update restores interpreter details functionality. This feature was affected by the roll out of the new maps. Improvements made to the zip code and language search options. Overall performance improvements made to allow larger lists of vendors from around the world to be shown.
When CONSUMER CENTER is activated and interpreter is assigned to a request, editing such request with special conditions may lock out all languages in the selected field. If such request is edited or cloned, the target language is either removed or is not populated. This update helps to resolve the issue, by enforcing validation of all requirements and providing extra layer for data accuracy verification. In case any part is missing or is not correctly submitted, the lockout will be removed.
Accounts' cancellation policies were updated to accurately select languages affected by the policy. Prior to the update, when editing multiple policies without refreshing the screen, list of languages would be accumulating list of previously selected policy and the one that was edited. This may have resulted in extra languages being added to the policy. After update, selecting the policy will clear previous selection and then populate the languages of the currently selected policy.
In a rush to get the updates to account center, several options were left behind. This update unifies the process of selecting third party accounts and enterprise tools to manage template accounts. New selections follow standardized layout and offer tiered structure for selection. User access account also updated using the same structure and offering unified experience for the administrative team.
