ScheduleInterpreter® Journal received next update and can now be viewed in extended or compact layout. Compact layout is designed to remove visual components and focus on details, while preserving full functionality. Another update includes details of modifications completed by interpreter after submitting initial details or in the REVIEW CENTER by the QA personnel. All changes are available without making any additional configuration changes.
Recruitment center update restores interpreter details functionality. This feature was affected by the roll out of the new maps. Improvements made to the zip code and language search options. Overall performance improvements made to allow larger lists of vendors from around the world to be shown.
ScheduleInterpreter® Community reached the end of life in 2022. It is replaced with Engage and Connect. This week development team removed all references from platform and security certification was completed. The preparation to bring ScheduleInterpreter® Docs into the platform is underway and we are looking forward to welcome everyone into this integrated solution.
After completing implementation of the iSign for virtual events, ScheduleInterpreter now provides access to all entries completed through the iSign. This includes notification messages to the customer or on-site contact person, notification to the interpreter, validation and certification entries, including the IP address and GEO location of the IP address.
For organizations operating outside of the specific North American markets, ScheduleInterpreter® now provides option to configure pairs of languages using any combination. For example, prior to this upgrade, only English or French were available as source language. After update, any language can be used as source and target, giving much needed flexibility in pricing the services. To activate the option use GLOBAL SETTINGS under ACCOUNT CENTER and VENDOR CENTER and check off ENABLE ALL SERVICES IN RATES.
Review center now offers access to the details of the cancellation policy, when assignment is cancelled preconfigured settings. The POLICY DETAILS provides name of the policy, bill and pay percentage, configuration settings for including the weekends, billing and compensation for the non-service fees. This updates helps to reduce the time needed to identify the policy rules and resulting charges and compensation financials.
siConnector Schedule can now be added to the customers' panel and enable importing of the schedule with a single click. The option is activated for each account and provides upload, preview and import functionalities. Prior to activation, the member of the administrative team needs to configure import settings and data mapping. siConnector Schedule can be activated under ACCOUNT CENTER > SETTINGS > OPTIONS and is available immediately.
ScheduleInterpreter COMMUNICATION CENTER is updated to include modality-based notifications. This update enables creation of the notifications based on modality of the assignment. Support is added to offer OSI, VIS, VRI and OPI modalities. Remote assignment may contain set of instructions different from those provided in person. LSPs and organizations may select to continue using single notification for all modalities. Two notifications are offering multi modality - ASSIGN and SCHEDULE REMINDER. This is a stage 1 release. Stage 2, - activation of the broadcasts is scheduled for March 15, 2023 relase.
