At 2:00 am US Central Time, Otava, cloud provider ScheduleInterpreter® is using for the platform and infrastructure, restarted all servers. The reason for this incident is investigated. Previously, ScheduleInterpreter servers were operating for nearly two years without restarts. This is not related to the server migration. New server configuration is still pending and restart forced new server to go into non-responsive state. This affected the following platform services: Journal, Maps, Vendor Route and Bundle 2.0. As of 9:05 all services were functioning as expected. New server is reconfigured to allow automatic recovery of all services.
