In a rush to get the updates to account center, several options were left behind. This update unifies the process of selecting third party accounts and enterprise tools to manage template accounts. New selections follow standardized layout and offer tiered structure for selection. User access account also updated using the same structure and offering unified experience for the administrative team.
Conditional access is a new security feature designed specifically for the healthcare providers and courts. It is part of Azure AD integration and helps to build an extra layer of protection without relying on a third party solutions. Administration team of the account can add several conditions that must be matched. Conditions can be custom tailored to the individual requirements of each organization and include administrative unit and group IDs, domain, tenant ID and the network. With new options in place, information security teams in the hospitals and courts can enable ScheduleInterpreter® Azure AD authentication and create specific requirements right within ScheduleInterpreter® account center.
Working with thousands of vendors and customer accounts is now blazingly fast, thanks to performance upgrade arriving to find assignment option. This update helps enterprise customers with large scale operations to quickly navigate around find assignment option. Accounts also now have structured layout clearly showing the hierarchy and offer color coding. Fast search helps to easily locate accounts or vendors with similar names, helping to make selection more efficient.
Recent update improves report on self-assigned interpreters. A group of linguists can be awarded special status in ScheduleInterpreter® to help management team to reduce time required to coordinate the assignments. This group can accept interpreting assignments in addition to report their availability. The update makes reporting on accepted assignment cleaner and more user-friendly.
This is a major upgrade for assignment control center. Under specific conditions, combining qTags and compliance profiles was incorrectly placing interpreters into the no match category, even after they were previously screened and received notification about an upcoming assignment. After upgrade interpreters are correctly assigned categories even when highly complex structures are built as combination of tags, qTags and compliance profiles.
Recent update in the back operations enables compliance profiles for various accounts to be screened against vendor profiles in real time. Any update to vendor profile will have 15 minutes grace period, allowing compliance officer to make necessary changes or revert changes made within last 15 minutes. After grace period, vendor compliance profile becomes current. Previously compliance of the vendors was validated once per day. It was then unchanged for 24 hours.
This update brings one of the most often requested feature of rescheduling series of assignments using advanced series manipulation tools. PMs and account managers can now reschedule individual, or all upcoming assignments. ScheduleInterpreter® will take care of sending assignments updates and reissue required paperwork.
The update helps administrative team to better manage consumer profiles. New feature includes monitoring of the profiles for interpreters. When interpreter profile is deactivated, it is automatically removed from the consumer center. This updates will improve management processes for organization providing services in American Sign Language and working in workers compensation area.
