Language usage report allows you and your customers to see the amount billed for each service, for the time period specified. Recent update fixes the discrepancy between the Operations status report and Language usage report, accurately displaying a breakdown by business hours, weekends, nights and weekends, and total billed by language. The report can be viewed in browser, downloaded to an excel file, or printed.
With upcoming release of Journal 3.0, ScheduleInterpreter.com, Inc. announces that current version of the Journal will stop working on December 31, 2022. Process sometimes referred as sunsetting is divided into two stages. Starting June 1, 2022 all development of new features will stop. Both, legacy and current version 3.0 will continue to function side by side. After December 31, 2022 current version will no longer be available.

Control center now provides quick option to activate images in the assignment Journal. Images help PMs, customers and interpreters to easily share information that may not be easily transferred using text. For example screenshots or partially redacted documents. Option is now available to all subscribers of ScheduleInterpreter®.
Working with hundreds or thousands of accounts is now easier. Export of accounts to Microsoft Excel file now includes unique bill/authentication codes. Bill/authentication codes can be configured per account or for large customers with unified calling protocols per language. Export option follows active time period and all changes associated with that. Update is available to all subscribers of ScheduleInterpreter®.
Building complex structures of clients accounts or internal departmental structure is getting easier. Travel time rate settings joins service rates, modifiers and cancellation policies. All options can now be used for account templating or for application based on account type of manually selected group of accounts and sub accounts. Travel times are connected to the languages and offer active time periods for precise controls.
ScheduleInterpreter® starts to provide option to include image in the interpreting assignment Journal. The Journal is actively used by ScheduleInterpreter® subscribers track assignment activities and provide forensic level logging of the relevant content used in operations and reporting. New feature supports copy and paste solution, allowing anyone with the access to the Journal to capture the screen or part of the digital document using tools built into mobile devices and desktop computers. Vendor center update resolves secondary address of the vendor not being updated when is not created using import option. Manual updates and creation of new secondary address for the vendor are now working as expected.
