After applying modifiers and cancellation policies, the originating account retains previously configured settings, allowing further roll out without the need of settings up new parameters.

ScheduleInterpreter® introduces AI-powered process to help project managers quickly and effectively select the best interpreter for the request. Platform identifies pool of interpreters that match all requirements of the requester. Many factors are considered before name of the interpreter is added to the list. When list is ready, management team can make decision to let project managers use the list without changes or ask ScheduleInterpreter® AI to identify the best candidates. During the tests, AI was able to identify and narrow the lists of nearly 1,200 interpreters to less than 20. This update is especially useful for large enterprises and teams where rapid response is a priority.


Azure AD is coming to ScheduleInterpreter® on May 4, 2022

Subscribers of ScheduleInterpreter® will be able to unlock enterprise features of Microsoft® Azure Active Directory (AD). This is the first time interpreter management platform provides secure and industry proven methods to manage staff, vendors and customers using third-party solution. Services include authentication and user profiles configuration, management of the access levels and direct communication. Integration also provides instant onboarding of organizations with tens of thousands of employees, using complex hierarchy of multiple locations, departments and business units. Large scale enterprises, healthcare networks, courts and K-12 education will benefit from Azure AD integration.


Interpreting assignment journal performance improvement

This update targets the speed of displaying the content of the interpreting assignment Journal. With growing footprint of the meta data collected for each assignment and more detailed logging of the events and actions, the Journal now uses different technology to store, process and display information on the screen. No updates or options need to be activated to start using updated version of the Journal.


Filter interpreting assignments using machine learning processes

This update switches to using machine learning technology that analyzes in real time the use of accounts, vendors or languages and provides optimized listings to filter. This update should improve overall performance of the cards and table calendar views.


Lack of resources can now be tracked with incident report

To help management teams better track interpreting assignments that were not filled due to lack of resources, ScheduleInterpreter® now provides transparent and fully automated workflow to trigger incident reporting when project managers flag assignments as "no vendor." Follow up and validation steps remain mandatory, enabling centralization of the process with ability to audit all records.  Activate incident report on no vendor option is available in control center under schedule and cards view.


Interpreting ISO reporting is being renamed into incident reporting

ISO reporting is being renamed into incident reporting to better reflect the use and purpose of the process. Designed as a core component of ScheduleInterpreter® platform, incident reporting was specifically useful for enterprises seeking ISO certification. As ISO reporting functionality expanded and providers in enterprise, medical and government interpreting sectors implemented the process, the name change became obvious. Within next few weeks all user interface components will be renamed from ISO reporting to incident reporting.


Account center - OPI services reset process update

Account center offers options to easily configure or reset rates for different modalities of the services.  This update restores option to reset all custom over the phone (OPI) service rates to the corporate default rate.  One click allows to reset all rates for all services.
