Very important enhancement to the Review Center is here: configuration settings for vendors and customer accounts are now centralized and applied based on account-level preferences, rather than being tied to individual events. This change is designed to simplify the review process, reduce manual steps, and help QA personnel work more efficiently.
One of the most notable improvements is how travel-related expenses—such as mileage and travel time—are now handled. These settings are no longer linked to each individual event. Instead, they are defined once at the account level and applied consistently across all relevant activities. This eliminates the need for repetitive configuration and minimizes the risk of inconsistencies or errors.
By centralizing settings, the Review Center now offers a cleaner, more intuitive experience. QA personnel no longer need to dig through individual event records to determine which configuration was applied. This significantly reduces time spent searching and second-guessing, allowing teams to focus on quality assurance and decision-making rather than administrative overhead.
As part of this transition, legacy configuration options that were previously available on a per-event basis are being phased out. These outdated settings will soon be removed from the Review Center to avoid confusion and ensure a streamlined user experience.
These changes reflect our continued commitment to improving operational efficiency and supporting scalable workflows for our users. We encourage all teams to review their account-level configurations and ensure they are aligned with current needs. Our support team is available to assist with the transition and answer any questions.
Thank you for your continued feedback and support as we evolve the platform to better serve your teams.
