In its place, we’re introducing a completely reimagined experience: the Vendor Directory - built to give you deeper insight, faster access, and more flexibility when working with your vendor network. The new module is a major leap forward, offering extended functionality, smarter search, and an intuitive, personalized interface.
The Advanced Vendor Search module lets you quickly find vendors using multiple filters, including:
Language pairs
ZIP code, city, state, and country
Compliance profiles
Name or phone number
Branch assignment
Third-party platform ID (e.g., CRMs or ERPs)
Each result is now easier to interpret and navigate, thanks to a modern layout that adapts to user roles and workflows. As with everything in the Flow Platform, the interface is fully customizable, allowing teams to adjust fields, filters, and display preferences based on their day-to-day needs.
One of the most exciting additions is the new interactive map view. Simply select a region, and instantly view a list of vendors based on their location. This makes it easier than ever to:
Find local professionals for on-site services
Assess coverage gaps by geography
Plan regional recruitment or scheduling efforts
