Password reset or, as often referred, "I forgot my password" option has been fully implemented within ScheduleInterpreter®. The entire process meets requirements of the US-based financial institutions by delivering set of mandatory security questions that must be answered by the user of the platform. Advanced settings include timed and one time links.
The Reset my password option can be activated in the CONFIGURATION CENTER and enables staff, vendors and customers to reset their passwords without the participation of the account administrators. Users' access to the e-mail associated with their profile is required.
