With ability to troubleshoot issues and track the completion of the tasks, Engage also offers VDO room - a virtual meeting place replacing the need to work in 3rd party platforms. Some of the advantages of the VDO room are "always open" state, giving all members of the management team the opportunity to enter it without the need to schedule a meeting or share the link.
Another huge advantage is ability to share their desktop by every participant of the meeting. This brings collaboration to a higher level. With auto follow, the desktop of a current speaker is automatically shown to everyone, without the need to select it. Adding the camera feed places smaller icon with the camera in the bottom right corner, providing clear view of who is presenting. This week we completed next set of updates. To ensure we all stay informed, a visual and sound notifications are added to the workflow to alert the members of the management teams when someone enters the VDO room. This notification ensures that no matter how busy you are, you will always know the person you were waiting for just entered the VDO room. With a single click of a button you can now join them, even if you were working on a completely different project.
Engage alerts can also be added to your computer global notification system, taking collaboration to a completely new level. Another update now allows to see up to 10 projects in the drop down menu, improving the efficiency and reducing the number of clicks necessary to navigate between the projects.
