Tipalti Payroll and Compensation Report in Report Center

The Flow Platform now includes a new report in the Report Center: the Tipalti Payroll and Compensation Report. This feature provides a direct, structured view into payroll and contractor compensation data processed through Tipalti, enabling finance and operations teams to access detailed reporting without leaving the platform.

To reduce the manual overhead often associated with exporting and reconciling data between systems, Flow handles the following:

  • Field normalization: Tipalti data is transformed to match Flow’s standard schema, removing the need for formatting or adjustment.

  • Cross-referencing: Payments are matched with associated projects, events, and internal schedules to ensure accountability and traceability.

  • Filtering and segmentation: Users can segment compensation data by time period, payee, event, or payment status.

  • Ready-to-export formats: Reports are available in formats suitable for financial review, audit preparation, or ERP imports.
