After initial roll out of the virtual interpreting service details in On the Spot! it will now be a separate custom field and can be configured using account center. Custom label, sort order and stage of the interpreting assignment will define if interpreter has access to the information. The information includes platform name, phone, pin or password, and link. Currently we can only display the link and recommend the linguist to use e-mail notification with active link.
ScheduleInterpreter.com, Inc. and Flawless Analytics introduce set of tools aiming to simplify the process of designing custom dashboards in ScheduleInterpreter® platform. The tools come as an extension to ScheduleInterpreter® Docs and offer development "swimlane" with sub tasks in ScheduleInterpreter® Engage, making the process highly interactive and well documented. When you enable this feature, ScheduleInterpreter® compares the actual work time, account minimum billable, and assignment minimum billable. If work time is less than or equal to account minimum billable, assignment minimum billable can be used for billing. Assignment minimum billable can be set up either in the assignment Control Settings or Review Center.
Update brings two gender descriptive keywords apptVendorGenderRequest and apptConsumerGender to provide all particpating parties with options to be aware of gender specific interpreting assignments. Platform keywords, previously available in notifications after interpreter is assigned, now can be used in early communication with the client. All keywords are available in the help tray on the right side of the communication center.
After completing migration of ScheduleInterpreter to capture forensic data, forensic reporting on changes completed in the review center is now available in the Journal 3.0. This update enables quick and simple review of all changes applied to the completed assignments after they were sent for quality assurance review. Report contains the name of the member of the administrative team of an interpreter, time stamp and the type of changes applied. Both, older and newer values are displayed to simplify revision process. This update is available immediately.
ScheduleInterpreter® completed migration to a new standard and will capture forensic level of details for all completed interpreting assignments. This includes change of the underlying data for the assignment with full logging capabilities. The results of the logging are formatted and can be accessed via Journal by the members of the administrative team. With forensic logging it is easier to review the workflows, identify inconsistencies and address possible errors in the processes.
It is critical to know absolutely everything about assignments already completed while the vendors have not been compensated yet. New export from the payment center enables to gather this data and download it as a Microsoft Excel file. This update further enhances the tools available to accounting professional while working in ScheduleInterpreter®.
