Activation of the images in the Journal

Control center now provides quick option to activate images in the assignment Journal. Images help PMs, customers and interpreters to easily share information that may not be easily transferred using text. For example screenshots or partially redacted documents. Option is now available to all subscribers of ScheduleInterpreter®.


Bill codes for OPI service providers are now part of account export

Working with hundreds or thousands of accounts is now easier. Export of accounts to Microsoft Excel file now includes unique bill/authentication codes. Bill/authentication codes can be configured per account or for large customers with unified calling protocols per language. Export option follows active time period and all changes associated with that. Update is available to all subscribers of ScheduleInterpreter®.

Travel time rates control is added to enterprise tools

All options can now be used for account templating or for application based on account type of manually selected group of accounts and sub accounts. Travel times are connected to the languages and offer active time periods for precise controls.


Include image in interpreting assignment Journal

ScheduleInterpreter® starts to provide option to include image in the interpreting assignment Journal. The Journal is actively used by ScheduleInterpreter® subscribers track assignment activities and provide forensic level logging of the relevant content used in operations and reporting. New feature supports copy and paste solution, allowing anyone with the access to the Journal to capture the screen or part of the digital document using tools built into mobile devices and desktop computers.  The entry is then preserved in the Journal with the graphical content. Vendor center update for secondary address

Vendor center update resolves secondary address of the vendor not being updated when is not created using import option. Manual updates and creation of new secondary address for the vendor are now working as expected.


Account center update resolves modifiers and cancellation policies roll out

This update addresses the issue related to removal of the modifiers and cancellation policies for the source account. After applying modifiers and cancellation policies, the originating account retains previously configured settings, allowing further roll out without the need of settings up new parameters.


ScheduleInterpreter® released AI-powered interpreter management tools

ScheduleInterpreter® introduces AI-powered process to help project managers quickly and effectively select the best interpreter for the request. Platform identifies pool of interpreters that match all requirements of the requester. Many factors are considered before name of the interpreter is added to the list. When list is ready, management team can make decision to let project managers use the list without changes or ask ScheduleInterpreter® AI to identify the best candidates. During the tests, AI was able to identify and narrow the lists of nearly 1,200 interpreters to less than 20. This update is especially useful for large enterprises and teams where rapid response is a priority.
