Vendor center was updated to provide full tracking of the changes in vendor profiles. This update enables future integration with report center to allow review of the vendor profile. All updates are preserved indefinitely.
With addition of the ALPHA tab ScheduleInterpreter® can now offer access to the latest features or features currently in development. This will allow our subscribers to provide feedback before new options become part of the platform and improve dynamics of the development process.
Recent update prevents accepting cancelled assignments on Android and iOS devices. Previously, anyone with permission to accept assignment was able to self-assign using mobile devices. After update, On the Spot! will advise that assignment is no longer available and recommend manually update the schedule.
In Control Center, you can now create custom surcharges, such as fuel surcharge, that can be applied based on modality, either for a determined period of time or indefinitely, and can be added automatically to your clients' invoices and vendors' payments.
If you have assignment specific documents that you want to make accessible to your PMs and Vendors, you can now upload documents, in any format, when entering a new request. They can be visible internally only, or you can choose to share them with vendors. Once uploaded, PMs and Vendors can view and download the additional documents in their browser.
With the addition of the Journal in the Control Center of each assignment, where PMs spend most of their time, they now have access to every journal entry, automated or manual, made by vendors, clients, and other PMs. In addition, they can make new journal entries and share them with vendors and clients, from the same screen. This new feature reduces considerably the number of clicks and time spent going back and forth between Control Center and Journal.
As we complete addition of the virtual interpreting services (VIS) to ScheduleInterpreter®, REPORT CENTRE now allows to filter reports based on modality. Reports are available in the browser as well as MS Excel and CSV file exports.
While many facilities prefer to have on-site interpreter, remote interpreting services now have bigger footprint and need to be managed with precision. New option to hide physical location details in the paperwork and On the Spot! allows to better handle modalities and eliminate any possible confusion if the event requires travel or not. For convenience and compliance purpose city and state are still provided.
