To help management teams better track interpreting assignments that were not filled due to lack of resources, ScheduleInterpreter® now provides transparent and fully automated workflow to trigger incident reporting when project managers flag assignments as "no vendor." Follow up and validation steps remain mandatory, enabling centralization of the process with ability to audit all records. Activate incident report on no vendor option is available in control center under schedule and cards view.
ISO reporting is being renamed into incident reporting to better reflect the use and purpose of the process. Designed as a core component of ScheduleInterpreter® platform, incident reporting was specifically useful for enterprises seeking ISO certification. As ISO reporting functionality expanded and providers in enterprise, medical and government interpreting sectors implemented the process, the name change became obvious. Within next few weeks all user interface components will be renamed from ISO reporting to incident reporting.

This is a minor update for those who operate using branch management. To ensure accuracy of the information displayed in the assignment control center, all interpreters not operating in the territorial branch are removed from the results in all categories. This will further improve resource allocation process and prevent possible assignment of the interpreter who is not authorized to operate within a particular branch. This update only affects on site interpretations. All remote services can be rendered across multiple branches.
