We knew this day will come and with development spanned across nearly 14 months, we are now releasing the latest version of ScheduleInterpreter® VDO. Mobile devices and remote work were two factors defining the development. With updates, VDO sessions now work on any mobile device and offer HD video and sound.
What is Patio?

We call it Patio and more information will be released soon. For now we can just say it will be great to see you all there. Rembrandt is being introduced to compliance center

COMPLIANCE CENTER received its first update using Rembrandt framework. First update takes care of the large datasets. 2,000+ records should be now loading and populating on the screen using dynamic options which improves the speed and responsiveness of the platform.
JustOPI enters pre-production test cycle

It offers real-time analytics and reporting and, when necessary, provides 100% automated process of billing and compensation for the services.
On the Spot! and virtual interpreting services

With latest updates to the modalities of interpreting, On the Spot! is now up to date with showing those modalities. If you never configured custom layout, head to ACCOUNT CENTER and either use DEFAULT SETTINGS or select a customer account to create new format. Look for Service type option and include it in the layout. As always, you are welcome to change the label to fit your organization's terminology or semantics.
Compliance center update

This update brings often requested configuration of available compliance categories such as vaccination, licensing and others. We worked on adding Ethics tag to the compliance items featuring it. Interpreters now can enter title of the certification independently from the presets and reviewers can see the summary of the certification.
Captioning option

New option to provide captioning platform for on-line events and classes is added. Option can be accessed via FORM DESIGNER and be utilized by one or multiple accounts using Schedule Interpreter form template. Captioning offers both, url and password/PIN data fields entries.
Bandwidth requirements improvement

Rembrandt framework continues to improve overall ScheduleInterpreter® platform performance. ACCOUNT CENTER and Schedule Interpreter modules now require less bandwidth to achieve the same functionality. This brings noticeable performance improvements for enterprise accounts with thousands of accounts and where employees and contractors are working remotely with slower Internet connections.
