Compliance profiles based on modality

April 14, 2022 - Reading time: ~1 minute

Compliance profiles are a great tool for screening vendors and giving your clients piece of mind when it comes to compliant vendors. In addition to setting up compliance profiles at the account level, you can now select the modality for which the compliance profile will be required. In most cases, the compliance requirements for on-site interpreting are more stringent than the ones for remote services. With this new feature, the screening of vendors is a lot more precise, and in most cases the pool of vendors for remote services increases significantly.

Interpreter availability - user interface improvements

April 13, 2022 - Reading time: ~1 minute

Every time when one or group of assignments are being scheduled using ScheduleInterpreter®, interpreters can respond with their availability using computer or mobile device. In-depth research identified some cases when mobile device or computer can post multiple responses. In some cases response can be caused by "double click" of a mouse and in some cases mobile device handling of the touch event. In rare scenarios, this behavior created conflicting entries in the Journal. An update improves response options and eliminates a possibility of an error.
