With latest updates to the modalities of interpreting, On the Spot! is now up to date with showing those modalities. If you never configured custom layout, head to ACCOUNT CENTER and either use DEFAULT SETTINGS or select a customer account to create new format. Look for Service type option and include it in the layout. As always, you are welcome to change the label to fit your organization's terminology or semantics.
This update brings often requested configuration of available compliance categories such as vaccination, licensing and others. We worked on adding Ethics tag to the compliance items featuring it. Interpreters now can enter title of the certification independently from the presets and reviewers can see the summary of the certification.
New option to provide captioning platform for on-line events and classes is added. Option can be accessed via FORM DESIGNER and be utilized by one or multiple accounts using Schedule Interpreter form template. Captioning offers both, url and password/PIN data fields entries.
Rembrandt framework continues to improve overall ScheduleInterpreter® platform performance. ACCOUNT CENTER and Schedule Interpreter modules now require less bandwidth to achieve the same functionality. This brings noticeable performance improvements for enterprise accounts with thousands of accounts and where employees and contractors are working remotely with slower Internet connections.
Well ladies and gentlemen, it happened :) In overnight update on September 17, 2021 we deployed first core component of the Rembrandt framework. This update is responsible for pre-processing of the data before it leaves our server and travels to the user's browser. For large datasets processing time is reduced by more than 20 times, resulting in overall platform's better performance. With data processing component now in place, the modules responsible for showing the data on the screen are now going to be tested and their corresponding updates deployed.
Effective September 16, 2021 ScheduleInterpreter® will move to a newer version of Intuit QuickBooks Online API. New versions brings notable changes in how the data is being synchronized. We expect to see more detailed reports in Flawless Analytics. More custom features, such as use of vendors' tax IDs in QBO and not in ScheduleInterpreter® will help to streamline the operations.
Password reset or, as often referred, "I forgot my password" option has been fully implemented within ScheduleInterpreter®. The entire process meets requirements of the US-based financial institutions by delivering set of mandatory security questions that must be answered by the user of the platform. Advanced settings include timed and one time links.
Before we begin migration of ScheduleInterpreter® platform to Rembrandt framework, we had a chance to test the performance improvements it is designed to deliver. In the test environment about 3,000+ assignments were present in the different stage of completion and REVIEW CENTER was set to be the target.
