Team Notes are now available for all subscribers

Team Notes is an extension of the calendar, combining the simplicity of the note taking application and the power of the calendar module in ScheduleInterpreter®. In its core, Team Notes enable all members of the team to create and modify notes specific to a particular day. Notes are added and automatically follow the user through the calendar. Each date can have multiple notes. Content is can include any text entries. For example, specific date may contain details about particular event, notes associated with a linguist or staff member. In addition, Team Notes maintain the status and can be shown or hidden, based on personal preferences of the user. To access team notes, look for an arrow pointing left under the logo of your organization.


Driving to interpreting assignment can be added to the list of tasks in On the Spot!

New option to capture interpreter being en route is now available in On the Spot! application. If location sharing is activated, ScheduleInterpreter® can automatically capture starting location to calculate accurate mileage and travel time. An update to user interface in the platform, coming later in June 2023, will provide visual indication when interpreter selects Driving to assignment option. This is a continuing commitment of ScheduleInterpreter.com, Inc. to improve logistics and reporting.


Direct QuickBooks Online connection

Intuit QuickBooks Online is not well positioned for complex account structures. To avoid such restrictions, ScheduleInterpreter developers built a manual override, enabling any organization using Intuit's product, connect any customer account in QuickBooks Online to any customer account in ScheduleInterpreter. This new feature helps to solve CustomerRef is required error, one of the most common errors when synchronizing data between two platforms. Option is available to all subscribers under ACCOUNT CENTER.


Calendar mini-dashboard is now powered by the ScheduleInterpreter® Flow

Broadcast queue report is now powered by the ScheduleInterpreter® Flow

Flat fees for cancelled interpreting assignments

As industry evolves and changes, so does ScheduleInterpreter® platform. New round of updates for cancellation policies brings new options to incorporate multiple flat fees into the cancellation policies. This helps organizations and language service providers (LSPs) to better manage requirements of their customers and enable set of conditions for interpreters to be compensated when assignment is cancelled too close to the scheduled date and time. Option is available immediately to all subscribers and can be accessed in using ACCOUNT CENTER.


CLICK TO FREEZE is added to the calendar

With complex schedules it is sometimes hard to quickly navigate the tollbars with all options and buttons. New feature is added to the cards layout, allowing to freeze selected card. While frozen, the cards' controls are visible and will not react to the movement of a mouse, improving user experience. To make transition to this new functionality more intuitive, the little tag will appear next to the card that says CLICK TO FREEZE. The tag will disappear if focus is shifted away from the card or a user clicks on it.


On the Spot! and Document Designer can create custom reports in real time

ScheduleInterpreter® On the Spot! is now integrated with Document Designer, enabling custom reports produced in real-time. The update focuses on making the process of creating final documents simple and streamlined. All details of the original request can now be integrated into the final document. This update is also the first with new design tools, helping quickly design complex layouts without extensive knowledge of the platform. Templates of the reports can be applied to one or multiple accounts, helping to create customizes environment and meet requirements of all customers.
