QuickBooks Desktop now allows to synchronize based on transaction and effective dates

QuickBooks desktop data synchronization is a legacy option within ScheduleInterpreter®. This upgrade brings more recent functionality when transactions can be processed using effective date, different than the date of transaction. With the upgrade new option to select effective or date of entry is available and synchronized transactions are following the date period selected by the user.


Interpreting assignment control center compliance profiles update

Update to compliance center changes how customer compliance profiles are reported. Instead of listing all compliance profiles associated with an account, ScheduleInterpreter® now only shows compliance profiles specific to the modality of the assignment. This improves the screening process and simplifies review process.


Address entries updated to two lines

In order to simplify entries of the appointments, ScheduleInterpreter® traditionally offered single line entry for the street address. This update enables second line for address entries. With this update option to enter building, floor and in some cases additional details for the location becomes available to the interpreter and can be seen authorized users of the platform.


Compliance center gets speed boost after new algorithms are deployed

After nearly 3 months of R&D we are able to report major improvement of the underlying algorithms that power compliance center.  One of the most complex and much used feature of the platform allows hospitals, courts, school districts and enterprises to manage compliance profiles for interpreters and, in some cases, translators. In cases where number of vendors exceeds 4,000 and number of customer accounts or departments is above 10,000 improvements in speed are above 8,000%.  This has been a very extensive update and now everyone can continue to enjoy  much improved performance and productivity.


Platform update helps users to use their native extended names

ScheduleInterpreter® platform is used to improve communication between people, regardless of their language or location. In many cultures around the world it is common to have the name that is often longer than the entry fields designed. As a result, the name is usually truncated by reducing the characters at the end. This update helps users of ScheduleInterpreter® to continue use their full names, virtually without any limits.


ScheduleInterpreter® completes connector to synchronize customers and vendors with workday

Workday continues to be considered by enterprise language service providers as platform of choice. This update enables synchronization of the vendor profiles.  This is now possible with newly added secure cloud storage and connector option. Cloud storage and connector is managed by ScheduleInterpreter®. Synchronization can be completed securely in three different ways: scheduled, on-demand and data change. The profiles of the linguists can now be maintained by the financial team completely outside of ScheduleInterpreter®, reducing the need to operate multiple products to complete financial transactions.


Operations team can now manage time off for interpreters

Time off for interpreters has always been a private option, available to linguists only under their personal profiles. With new requirements from ScheduleInterpreter® subscribers vendor center has been updated to enable operations team to add new periods for time off, and remove those that were set previously. All records maintain forensic logging to provide analytics for human resource professionals and reporting for management. Feature is available to all subscribers effective August 13, 2022.


Interpreting assignment control center is updated with focus on "no match" interpreters

This assignment control center update helps project managers (PM) to focus on what's important . Selecting qualified linguist faster with more accuracy is now more intuitive. Two categories of interpreters have been reallocated to no match group. First category is those who do not meet requirements of the gender.  Second category is interpreters who took time off and provided their schedule for automated screening. Custom broadcast now provides color coding for categories of interpreters who are in no match group.
