This can now be set as a workflow process. New no vendor confirmation option has been added to the control center to help simplify the process.
For many years ScheduleInterpreter® offered to customize colors for each interpreter. This worked great but many of our subscribers expressed the need to customize the colors based on the language. This update now allows to set the color for each service and light up the schedule that is easier to see. Multiple languages can have the same color, giving the opportunity to group them together for the management team. The benefit of setting the color codes for languages will also extend into the Flawless Analytics dashboards.
To help project managers and other administrative team members send custom broadcast with more precision, the assignment control center now features color coding for those interpreters who have a conflict or overlapping assignment. Color coding follows platform standards and overlap settings configured in control center. The overlap warning functions is an advisory option and can be overridden by the team members who want to notify all interpreters, include those who have time conflict.

When majority of assignments are scheduled with specific minimum estimated time, that time can now be preset across entire organization. Update to control center includes option to set both, hours and minutes to be automatically populated when request for interpreter is being created. The numbers can be adjusted by the requester using the dropdown controls.

This provides excellent option to instantly populate consumer data in the interpreter request form, avoid errors in selecting services or language an ensure preferred interpreters are always used as tier one.
