This is a major upgrade to account center and financial module. Upgrade enables mileage rates for customers accounts be configured using active time periods (ATP). New features include options to setup default rate for the organization and fine tune rates per account or sub-account, when needed. ScheduleInterpreter® preserves the history of the rates and allows to set future rates when federal government announces the upcoming changes.
Compliance center is designed to centralize management of the interpreters and translators. With new updates growing number of accounts and vendors will not affect performance and allow tens or even hundreds of thousand of vendors and accounts to be managed quickly and effectively. Vendors and accounts can be searched quickly. New option to display profiles of linguists who require validation of their compliance paperwork is added, improving operations in large scale organizations. All settings can be customized under my settings tab to address personal preferences of all users.
Vendor center received an update to allow switching the view from table layout to a dropdown option. Large lists of vendors make computers and browsers underperform, affecting efficiency and overall experience with the platform. ScheduleInterpreter® moved vendor center to a new, high performance framework and preserved the traditional layout for organizations preferring it. To activate new option, use tools and settings to navigate to vendor center. Under my settings select drop down vendor list option.
New set of features is available to bill for interpreting assignment using combination of flat fee or rate adjustment. This mirrors settings previously available for vendors only. Each job can now follow corporate or account's financial structure, or can be altered to address specific conditions or requirements of the assignment. Selection of rate structure is available in the assignment control center as well as review center. Details for adjustment are available in the accounting module as well.
As interpreting industry continues to increase its interest in robust, enterprise-class analytics, ScheduleInterpreter® will offer several new charts to provide powerful visual representation of the data. Sankey will be the first such chart. Powered by Flawless Analytics engine, the chart represents millions of data points in simple and easy to understand layout. As an example, the chart can be used to demonstrate the use of language services by various industries.

ScheduleInterpreter® completes another set of updates for integration with Epic EMR platform. Updates include better synchronization of cancelled patient appointments and documentation of the updates in ScheduleInterpreter® Journal. Another update enables option to prevent rescheduling of events or update of the start time. This helps to adjust time of arrival for the interpreter without making changes in the Epic platform. The updates further improve automation of the interpreter scheduling process.
An update is posted to prevent travel times of vendors to be omitted in the ADP payroll data file. The issue surfaced after an internal update that improved code referencing for statistical and reporting purpose. No need to make any changes. Proceed with usual processes or create data file for a given period.
After initial roll out of the virtual interpreting service details in On the Spot! it will now be a separate custom field and can be configured using account center. Custom label, sort order and stage of the interpreting assignment will define if interpreter has access to the information. The information includes platform name, phone, pin or password, and link. Currently we can only display the link and recommend the linguist to use e-mail notification with active link.
