With more enterprises expanding their use of ScheduleInterpreter® consumer center to collect more details and improve their clients' experience with the services, we completed an update that focuses on insurance details. New set of data stored in the platform enables extensive and more accurate use of the consumer details in various industries, including workers' compensation, healthcare and social services. Second update dramatically improves performance when locating a specific consumer for large scale enterprises that provide specialty services. This update makes working with tens of thousands of records virtually instant.
ScheduleInterpreter brings many convenient and easy to use tools for enterprises to manage their customers. The latest tool added to the collection is expiration of the current active time period (ATP). When the need to change to the pricing structure of the account is immediate and current ATP have not yet expire, new tool enables process of settings alternative expiration date. This level of flexibility enables better customer services and brings much needed controls into the pricing process. ATP expiration is available for all modalities.
What is good for science may not always be good for interpreting services management. This update introduces duplicate prevention for assignments scheduled at common locations. Update especially important for organizations managing requests for legal proceeding with multiple parties being involved and for healthcare organizations where the same patient can be scheduled for multiple procedures. The process of scheduling interpreter remains the same with accounts settings enhanced with location validation. When the same or another department of account is scheduling interpreter for the same locations and other parameters, such as name of a consumer match, ScheduleInterpreter® will issue a warning with option to override it.
Schedule interpreter form received the boost with all BETA options moving into production status. This includes separation of the requesters and accounts as well as splitting large scale enterprises into selection of the main and sub accounts. More visual enhancements are added to help configuration to be simpler and intuitive. As always, all settings are personalized and offer customization of the work environment for each member of the team.
ScheduleInterpreter now provides comprehensive personalized option to review notes for all accounts during scheduling process. Project managers and members of the administrative team can customize layout based on their personal preference and in some cases their hardware. New options include traditional tab based layout, pop-up option and now side-by-side review. The update provides excellent opportunity to utilize procedures established for complex accounts without the need to reach for notes or the use of other applications.
With growing demand of utilizing extended data in interpreting services, ScheduleInterpreter® starts rolling out the framework that enables collection of the metadata. Metadata is an additional layer of information, helping to enhance data already collected. All settings can be completed in the control center, under the lists meta tab. First member of the family is case type. It is available in interpreting request form designer and can be added to the intake process.
We resolved number of bugs resulting from old structure of the mileage rates. This includes multiple rates stored under account profile and their population using ATP rules. Several updates were posted to address special event conditions in the review center. No pay, cancelled billable and vendor approval statuses are now taken in consideration while showing results in the dashboards as well as statistical reports in the calendar and account selection under review center. Financial module was revised to introduce minor improvements in speed.
Consumer details are being enhanced with middle name field. It remains optional and can be skipped. With this update the name can be provided as an initial or a full length name. Update affects interpreting requests form and all associated documents produced by ScheduleInterpreter®. New keywords are added to the document designer to permit individual listing of the first, last and middle names and custom layouts.
