For subscribers with volumes of 10,000 assignments per month or more the update for REVIEW CENTER helps to improve the speed of displaying information for individual assignments on the screen. In some cases the data is shown on the screen up to 300% faster.


No platform link in calendar

As number of interpreting assignments completed using 3rd party platforms continues to rise, often the link for the event is not being provided at the time of scheduling. To help manage assignments without the link, ScheduleInterpreter® is adding No platform link option to the mini dashboard in the calendar view. No platform link option allows instantly access all assignments for which the link was not provided at the time of scheduling.


Support documents export

Documents submitted by interpreters in support of their assignments can now be retrieved from ScheduleInterpreter® as a single file in zip format. The entire process takes minimal time and is accessible from REVIEW CENTER. Selecting start and end dates allows to control the scope of data. All documents are grouped in folders for each individual interpreter, making storage and review process simple and well organized.


Vendor shifts can be added to the calendar

Virtual interpreting services

virtual interpreting services (VIS) is rolled out

One of the highly anticipated infrastructure updates to ScheduleInterpreter® is now completed and available to all subscribers of the platform.

With various services requiring the presence of the interpreter moving rapidly to online or virtual delivery method, the need to manage scheduling and financial records is new reality for language service providers.

Using VIS as a modality enables simplified scheduling and allows utilization of nearly 60 various platforms.  Interpreters can be compensated and customer accounts billed for the services differently than traditional on-site, phone or video services.  Automated tools ensure VIS, as a modality, is activated when virtual platforms are being used to deliver the services.


Reminders to interpreters update

An update posted to COMMUNICATION CENTER helps to define how much back in time the assignments, interpreter did not send the paperwork for, will be scoped.  With new options vendors are not going to be reminded if assignments were submitted and now outside of the allowable period for submission.

Intervals are predefined as 1 through 6 days, 1 through 3 weeks, 1, 2, 3, 6 months and 1 year.


Block services

Block services are provided under special contractual conditions and can be both, billed and compensated using rates other than regular.

Assignments can now be flagged as block services. Customer accounts and vendor profiles can be configured to include block services rates. Option to allow the use of interpreters who provide services using regular rates only, should improve the fulfillment metrics.
