Account center update enables EDI units based pricing

EDI is a form of electronic transactions, completed between ScheduleInterpreter® and third party platforms. This format is often used for Medicaid and Medicare billing processes. It also offers unit-based pricing model, as a replacement of minute- or hour-based model. This update allows to configure billing structure for the customers that accept invoices via EDI. Rates can be configured for on-site and remote services and offer language specific charges in global or exclusive lists. Option is available immediately in ACCOUNT CENTER under RATES AND POLICIES.


Journal update offers compact layout and review center changes

ScheduleInterpreter® Journal received next update and can now be viewed in extended or compact layout. Compact layout is designed to remove visual components and focus on details, while preserving full functionality. Another update includes details of modifications completed by interpreter after submitting initial details or in the REVIEW CENTER by the QA personnel. All changes are available without making any additional configuration changes.


Recruitment update

Recruitment center update restores interpreter details functionality. This feature was affected by the roll out of the new maps. Improvements made to the zip code and language search options. Overall performance improvements made to allow larger lists of vendors from around the world to be shown.


Clone and edit requests now work correctly with consumer center

When CONSUMER CENTER is activated and interpreter is assigned to a request, editing such request with special conditions may lock out all languages in the selected field. If such request is edited or cloned, the target language is either removed or is not populated. This update helps to resolve the issue, by enforcing validation of all requirements and providing extra layer for data accuracy verification. In case any part is missing or is not correctly submitted, the lockout will be removed.


ScheduleInterpreter® Community code is removed from the platform

ScheduleInterpreter® Community reached the end of life in 2022. It is replaced with Engage and Connect. This week development team removed all references from platform and security certification was completed. The preparation to bring ScheduleInterpreter® Docs into the platform is underway and we are looking forward to welcome everyone into this integrated solution. 


iSign entries are now available in the Journal

After completing implementation of the iSign for virtual events, ScheduleInterpreter now provides access to all entries completed through the iSign. This includes notification messages to the customer or on-site contact person, notification to the interpreter, validation and certification entries, including the IP address and GEO location of the IP address. 


Configure customers and vendors with rates for any language pair

For organizations operating outside of the specific North American markets, ScheduleInterpreter® now provides option to configure pairs of languages using any combination. For example, prior to this upgrade, only English or French were available as source language. After update, any language can be used as source and target, giving much needed flexibility in pricing the services. To activate the option use GLOBAL SETTINGS under ACCOUNT CENTER and VENDOR CENTER and check off ENABLE ALL SERVICES IN RATES.


Cancellation policy details now available in review center

March 14, 2023 - Reading time: ~1 minute

Review center now offers access to the details of the cancellation policy, when assignment is cancelled preconfigured settings. The POLICY DETAILS provides name of the policy, bill and pay percentage, configuration settings for including the weekends, billing and compensation for the non-service fees. This updates helps to reduce the time needed to identify the policy rules and resulting charges and compensation financials.
