Invoices can now be populated with unfilled and cancelled assignments

Recent update in the ACCOUNT CENTER and now invoicing module bring an option to populate invoice with interpreting assignments that were not filled, flagged as no vendor or cancelled. In combination of an update in the platform allowing to download invoice as data only file, subscribers and their customers now have instant access to the statistical reporting within the invoice and can see total number of events scheduled for the billable period.
Vendor center update allows quick change of languages for LSPs and agencies

Vendor center now allows instantly change collection of languages for any provider using simple tools. Office of interpreting services in the court or hospital can instantly set the profile of a vendor with unlimited number of languages. Using 3rd party over the phone or video provider is now easier with instant selection of all services.
Vendor route and review center update

This update addresses the processing of the legacy assignments in the REVIEW CENTER that now utilize the VENDOR ROUTE option. VENDOR ROUTE is automatically maps logistics for a specific day and presets vendor and customer expenses related to travel. This is accomplished using ScheduleInterpreter® Maps. REVIEW CENTER now allows to alter legacy assignments' vendor and customer mileage separately.
Find invoice by date now provides option to download as MS Excel file

This update helps customers and staff to retrieve the list of invoices as a single Microsoft Excel file. After selecting the time period, ScheduleInterpreter® show the list of invoices and, when applicable, provides a button to download all invoices as a single Microsoft Excel file. In addition, this update addresses the custom settings for each user, and limits the access to only invoices created for the accounts, the user has the access to.
Control center update for schedule interpreter and paperwork submit

Schedule Interpreter form can now be used without showing the source language. For providers operating within a single country or single source language, form can be configured to display target language only. This simplifies the selection and speeds up scheduling process. In the same update release, new option to lock end time of the assignment has been added. The option eliminates the need for interpreter to enter end time, and should be used when time scheduled is always being used exactly at the estimated length.
Preparations for new server deployment are completed

In preparation for platform migration, ScheduleInterpreter® deployed new main server. For next 18 months this server will continue to work side-by-side with the old one. The migration process will be done gradually, with new features being built around new technology and new server. To simplify certification and compliance, ScheduleInterpreter.com, Inc. will continue to utilize its current cloud service providers.

At 2:00 am US Central Time, Otava, cloud provider ScheduleInterpreter® is using for the platform and infrastructure, restarted all servers. The reason for this incident is investigated. Previously, ScheduleInterpreter servers were operating for nearly two years without restarts. This is not related to the server migration. New server configuration is still pending and restart forced new server to go into non-responsive state. This affected the following platform services: Journal, Maps, Vendor Route and Bundle 2.0.

ScheduleInterpreter® billing process update for subscribers

In response to the rising number of prescheduled remote interpreting assignments and integration with various third-party platforms, ScheduleInterpreter® updated the accounting bot, responsible for invoices our subscribers receive every month. Starting March 2023, billing will be completed with an update of each assignment meta data. This will help to trace the invoice number and date of billing. New bot enables issuance of credits and debits for the assignments that changed their status later in time. The first affected month is February 2023.
