ScheduleInterpreter® can now update individual vendor profile in QuickBooks Online

One of the most powerful integration for ScheduleInterpreter® is the ability to utilize the connection with third-party platforms. QuickBooks Online is one of the several platforms the data can be easily synchronized. This update brings option to synchronize individual profile of a vendor, sending latest information, including tax ID and address to the financial platform of choice. This helps to dramatically reduce the time required to update the details for the vendors in QuickBooks Online and provides instant synchronization of the data. Option is available in vendor center, under profile tab of the interpreter.
Global locations can now be added from the interpreter request form

Global locations are unique feature of ScheduleInterpreter®, helping organizations provide services to multiple customers with shared addresses and interconnected financial settings. This update helps to improve the process of adding new global locations right from the schedule interpreter form. Members of the administrative team can now add global locations at the moment when new request is being posted.

Calendar cards colors can now be set for each language

For many years ScheduleInterpreter® offered to customize colors for each interpreter. This worked great but many of our subscribers expressed the need to customize the colors based on the language. This update now allows to set the color for each service and light up the schedule that is easier to see. Multiple languages can have the same color, giving the opportunity to group them together for the management team. The benefit of setting the color codes for languages will also extend into the Flawless Analytics dashboards.
Linguist selection for custom broadcast now features overlap warning

To help project managers and other administrative team members send custom broadcast with more precision, the assignment control center now features color coding for those interpreters who have a conflict or overlapping assignment. Color coding follows platform standards and overlap settings configured in control center. The overlap warning functions is an advisory option and can be overridden by the team members who want to notify all interpreters, include those who have time conflict.
New maps with real-time geo locations and financial data are coming to ScheduleInterpreter

With growing real-time data coming from interpreting assignments and On the Spot! application, projecting this information onto the live maps provides organizations offering interpreting services competitive advantage. New technology ensures both, high volume and high availability of such information and opens up an opportunity to reduce fulfillment time, improve operations and enhance reporting. We expect the new maps also offer instant access to financial data, helping to improve operational expenses. Consumer center integration widens into home visits and scheduling

ScheduleInterpreter® works on creating and sharing process specific documentation and general manual-like content to help operational teams to be familiar with platform's tools and options. Docs supports search functionality and organizes content by the chapters. Registration enables free use of the Docs framework.
