Error showing 404 missing page at the login page after timeout expires is now fixed. Login page will follow its own rules of session management and will not display expiration message. Another important aspect is the ability of a user to retain login screen for as long as required, without the need to enter the platform within defined period of time. The update has been rolled out.
With focus on stability and user experience, development team updated On the Spot! application to version 4.1.4. Major improvements in handling background tasks, image processing for receipts and paperwork. These updates affect only Android platform as it has been more prone to inconsistent performance, due to varieties of phone manufacturers and models. Interpreters should see better performance when using data connection with low quality signal.

The update for ScheduleInterpreter® has been finalized, enabling providers to distinguish between two types of cancellations: Regular cancellations and Cancelled Billable cancellations. From August 21, 2023 onwards, notifications regarding Cancelled Billable cancellations will be dispatched using a fresh template. This template can be configured within the COMMUNICATION CENTER. Furthermore, the new template offers the option to maintain the same layout as the regular cancellation template.
ScheduleInterpreter® migration to multi-branch settings is completed, making configuration of the staff and vendors' profiles more flexible. Starting July 18, 2023 all new policies are active. If the calendars are not showing the expected content, make adjustments in the users' profiles to include all branches. ScheduleInterpreter® removed mandatory 20 mins session expiration settings and option to activate or deactivate. The inactivity of the user and session expiration can be configured using CONTROL CENTER > MISC settings.
