Incident report is now available in the event control center and review center

This update places incident report into two most used parts of the platform. EVENT CONTROL CENTER and REVIEW CENTER now provide quick and easy access to review, modify, add and validate the incidents to all members of the project management and quality assurance teams. Option is available to all subscribers of ScheduleInterpreter® and can be used immediately.


ScheduleInterpreter On the Spot! Bach edition version 4.1 is out for Android 13

Latest version of On the Spot! a ScheduleInterpreter® mobile application for Android phones is now out and is available for download in Google Play store. In this version some stability issues were addressed, improved performance for multiple LSPs. Better performance on cellular data and low quality Wi-Fi networks. New application supports Android from version 7 to version 13.


Accounts clone option is now available

ACCOUNT CENTER received an update to enable cloning of the accounts. This tool is designed to help organizations with clients who bring dynamic and highly complex regional pricing and multiple parties into their scheduling processes. Templates can be designed and fully configured in the ACCOUNT CENTER. When a new customer needs to be added, no matter how complex their structure is, the entire process takes seconds. Option is now available to all subscribers of ScheduleInterpreter®.

Cancel billable notification template goes live on August 21, 2023

The update for ScheduleInterpreter® has been finalized, enabling providers to distinguish between two types of cancellations: Regular cancellations and Cancelled Billable cancellations. From August 21, 2023 onwards, notifications regarding Cancelled Billable cancellations will be dispatched using a fresh template. This template can be configured within the COMMUNICATION CENTER. Furthermore, the new template offers the option to maintain the same layout as the regular cancellation template.


More policies are becoming mandatory

ScheduleInterpreter® migration to multi-branch settings is completed, making configuration of the staff and vendors' profiles more flexible. Starting July 18, 2023 all new policies are active. If the calendars are not showing the expected content, make adjustments in the users' profiles to include all branches. ScheduleInterpreter® removed mandatory 20 mins session expiration settings and option to activate or deactivate. The inactivity of the user and session expiration can be configured using CONTROL CENTER > MISC settings.


Report Center 2.0 is arriving on June 21, 2023

Compensation rates for remote services can be replaced with any other modality

This update enables configuration of the interpreters' profiles to utilize rates of any modality. Now remote services, such as video (VRI) or over the phone (OPI) interpreting can utilize compensation structure from other modalities. Organizations promoting remote working environment will be able to create simpler compensation structures and spend less time on management.
